Credit and Usage
• Personal Use Only: Unless explicitly stated, commissions are for personal, non-commercial use. Additional charges or royalties apply for commercial projects.
Proper Credit Required:
• Do not claim full credit for the creation of the artwork.
• When reposting, proper credit must be given by linking to my relevant social media accounts.
Rights Reserved by the Artist:
• I retain rights to publish commissioned works in my portfolio or on social media unless otherwise discussed.
• Requests for private or unpublished commissions can be discussed for an additional fee.
Strict Prohibitions:
• My artwork may not be used for blockchain-related purposes (e.g., NFTs, cryptocurrency).
• My artwork may not be used in artificial intelligence programs or tools.Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payment Terms:
• Commissions begin only after half or full upfront payment via PayPal.
• Invoices must be paid within 7 days of being issued unless mutually agreed upon.
Refunds and Chargebacks:
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.
• No refunds will be issued once work has started unless I fail to show progress for over 5 months.
• In cases of full refunds or chargebacks, all rights to the artwork revert to me, and the client forfeits ownership at any stage of progress.
• Partial refunds may be considered if work has already begun.
Additional Fees:
• Any rush fees, extra edits, or added assets will be charged separately and must be respected by all parties involved.

Requests and Revisions
References:
• Please provide complete and accurate character references.
• Reference changes are allowed only if work has not yet started—please ask for confirmation!
Work-In-Progress (WIPs):
• WIPs will be shared throughout the process.
Revisions:
• Sketch Stage: Up to 3 edit sessions are included.
• Final Stages: One session for minor adjustments (e.g., hues, small details).
• Additional edits will incur extra fees.
Major changes affecting composition or structure are not permitted during the final stages.Liability :
• I am not responsible for inaccuracies due to incomplete or false information provided by the client.Violations :
• If my terms are violated, the offending party will be blacklisted from future transactions.
• In cases of chargebacks or extortion, I reserve the right to publish relevant proof (e.g., emails, PayPal details) with personal information redacted.
Communication:
• Clients may inquire about services but must not harass me regarding commission slots or additional work outside the agreed terms.
